Job description
As an AI Engineer at the Digital Innovation & Analytics department, you will join the AIRCAT & People Analytics Team (AI Risk Compliance Team). You will work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team where you play a key role in strengthening the team’s software engineering capabilities while automating business processes and building data products that inform and drive decision-making, such as models, dashboards, and AI solutions.
You will contribute to bringing a strong engineering mindset into the team—improving code quality, scalability, and maintainability—while working across the following domains: Compliance, Non-financial Risk, Financial Risk, Internal Control, and HR.
You are driven by curiosity and stay ahead of the latest AI developments. You love exploring how new capabilities can be applied in practice, translating them into meaningful product improvements, and helping colleagues understand and use them effectively.
Join the team and help shape the future of Wealth Management by combining data, AI, and robust software engineering practices.
Your talents
“Passionate about innovation, technology and collaborative”, this is how we can best describe you in the position of AI Engineer. Talents that you use to continuously improve the digital experience of our users.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Engineer proven experience building solid end‑to‑end client‑facing products and can help move from POCs to production-grade solutions, with a focus on reliability and maintainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and Angular development, as well as hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
You bring a rare combination of front-end, back-end and applied AI skills, and you know how to use them to turn complex challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions. You thrive on working with data engineers and data scientists and helping them embrace a software engineering mindset. You enjoy coaching and training others, sharing best practices, and enabling teams to continuously improve their engineering skills and ways of working.
You also have experience with:
Software engineering
3–5 years of experience building applications, with strong hands-on experience in C# and TypeScript.
Experience with Python is a plus, especially for AI prototyping, automation or working with data.
Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, including automated build and release pipelines.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.
A practical mindset: you like writing clean, maintainable code that works in real-life environments.
Front-end development
Solid experience with Angular.
Good working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5 and CSS.
Ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for data-rich applications.
Back-end and APIs
Strong experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, with a preference for hands-on experience in .NET.
Comfortable connecting front-end applications, back-end services and external systems.
Applied AI
Experience building applications or prototypes with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini.
Familiarity with LLM concepts such as prompting, tool calling, structured outputs and evaluation.
Curious about new AI developments and eager to turn ideas into practical solutions.
When someone says “Responses” or “Completions”, you know they’re probably not talking about customer satisfaction surveys.
How you work
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Naturally curious, self-motivated and eager to learn.
Comfortable experimenting, asking questions and sharing ideas with the team.
You enjoy being given an ambitious goal and figuring out how to get there, combining your skills in front-end, back-end and applied AI to turn ideas into practical, valuable solutions.
