That is what you will use your talents for as an Specialist Operational Services at Van Lanschot Kempen. Together with your colleagues, you are primarily responsible for operational processing and support for private investments. You coordinate activities across investment onboarding, valuation, cash management and data management, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You also have the following tasks:

• Coordinate subscriptions for new funds and direct investments, including related legal, tax, compliance and risk processes.

• Monitor the establishment of new investment entities and mandates.

• Review quarterly investment valuations, support the annual audit and provide input to the internal VLK Valuation Committee.

• Monitor and process capital calls and distributions, and manage credit facilities.

• Verify portfolio data and reporting, and contribute to look-through data processes and private-investment tooling.

• a gross monthly salary between €3,750 and €4,250, depending on your knowledge and experience

• a flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget consists of a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 additional days of leave.
